TERMS & CONDITIONS
All Aboard Minibus Tours Pty. Ltd, ABN 37437066471 reserves the right to amend prices or itinerary, (i.e- alter travel routes or itinerary) due to road or weather conditions. We are a fully licensed and accredited entity within South Australia.

By booking a mini bus with All Aboard Minibus Tours Pty. Ltd you are accepting these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract without alteration. The booking person or agent is responsible for conveying these terms to all parties partaking in the event.

All Aboard Minibus Tours Pty. Ltd reserves the right to update or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to be familiar with them.

The latest Terms and Conditions can always be found on the All Aboard Minibus Tours website www.allaboardminibustours.com.au and will supersede any previous versions.

Please note a booking is not an enquiry. A booking will be confirmed by one of our staff members via email / text message.

We reserve the right to publish group photos that we have captured on social media sites ( Facebook + Instagram and our website ). Pictures will not be sold for reward.

CCTV cameras / Dash Cam Footage are in some of our mini buses and footage may be handed to authorities if issues occur.

Bus drivers are authorised to remove any unruly passengers without refund at all.
Pricing, Payment & Non Refundable Deposits

Full payment is required in full at the time of the booking ( either cash on the day of departure or bank transfer / credit card or PayPal 3 days prior to the booking date ).

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD)

We reserve the right to, at any time, increase or decrease advertised prices for our tours / transfers.

A booking fee of 2.9% will be charged for all credit card / PayPal payments. To avoid this surcharge, payments must either be paid by direct debit to the business account or cash on the day to the bus driver allocated.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and are only valid for the booked tour unless given express written consent by All Aboard Minibus Tours.

No refunds given for ( non refundable deposits ). It is simply non refundable. Deposits per bus vary between $50.00 to $200.00 AUD.
The actual rate is calculated electronically and is further dependent on the type of vehicle you require and the suburbs you are travelling to and from. While in the vast majority of cases we are able to provide you with a fixed price quote for your particular journey, there are instances where the actual cost will vary. Some examples of such variations include stops at your request, unplanned stops ( e.g toilet or service station ), change in route, waiting time on arrival and a change in the number of passengers.
Liability

All Aboard Minibus Tours Pty. Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings or luggage or for any injury or loss of any type whilst travelling on our mini buses.

It is recommended that all passengers have personal travel insurance to cover loss or damage to property, illness, injury or not being able to travel on the confirmed date of departure.

It is also recommended that passengers re-confirm their booking at least 1-2 business days prior to departure.

All Aboard Minibus Tours Pty. Ltd accepts no liability for failure to meet connections due to unexpected delays.
Seat Belts/ Behaviour

All of our mini buses are fully equipped with seat belts for your safety. You must always be seated & wearing seat belts when the mini buses are moving.

Passengers are not permitted to place any part of their body outside the vehicle whilst the vehicle is moving.

Please be aware that while we would like to cater for your every need, not all requests can be accommodated.
Child Seats

All of our mini buses are deemed as public transport vehicles and therefore child seats are not required. More information can be found on the My License Webpage - www.mylicence.sa.gov.au/road-rules/seatbelts-and-child-restraints

It is recommended for passengers to bring their own child car seats as our mini buses do not carry child seats with them.
Winery / Brewery Tours

All venues must be pre booked prior to the event by you. It is not acceptable to arrive at a venue which is not pre booked ( without giving notice to the cellar doors, lunch venues, breweries or distilleries ).

Tours do not include tasting fees, lunch or any other expenses ( transport only ).

Assistance in recommendations / timing schedule is available at your request.

We will require for a full schedule to be sent ( at least ), 3 days prior to the booking. We will then review the schedule and we may suggest some improvements / changes.

If any passengers vomit / vandalises or leaves the bus in a mess. Charges start from $50.00 AUD and is charged to the person who made the booking.
Alcohol

All Aboard Minibus Tours do not have liquor licenses on our mini buses, therefore you are not allowed to consume or carry ( open ) alcohol bottles / cans onto the buses. Alcoholic purchases from venues must be sealed for the entire duration of the tour.

Most cellar doors / breweries, will not allow licensed buses to their venue, therefore consumption of alcohol is prohibited on the mini bus. In any event, the consumption of alcohol in vehicles is illegal without the appropriate liquor license. You may be removed from the bus if you are drinking alcohol on the bus.

We recommend that you drink plenty of water throughout the day of a tour to prevent being dehydrated. It is also recommended to eat prior to drinking and to have something to eat again throughout the day.

The driver has the right to terminate a tour if alcohol consumption or unruly behaviour occurs on the bus. This also applies to intoxicated passengers to board the bus and cellar doors to be missed if the bus driver thinks it is the right decision.

No alcoholic beverages from other venues ( BYO ) are permitted into cellar doors, lunch venues, breweries or distilleries.
Liquor License

We do not organise liquor licenses. It is purely up to your own request. Please be aware that most cellar doors / lunch venues will not accept groups that have come off a licensed bus, therefore there may be limitations on which locations you can visit.

Conditions of a liquor license: No glass bottles are allowed. Any alcoholic beverages need to be stored in an esky when not consumed.
Cleaning | Damage

A cleaning fee will apply if passengers spill drinks / food or leave rubbish behind for the driver to clean up. Please respect the condition of the bus for the next passengers.

Passengers are reminded that any unacceptable behaviour will be treated strictly in accordance of the law. The driver reserves the right to terminate a booked trip to any actions are deemed threatening or dangerous to the driver or other passengers.

The driver is authorised to have an unruly passenger who is threatening or placing the driver or passengers in a dangerous situation removed. The matter may be reported to the Police or relevant authority if deemed necessary by the driver or management.

Smoking

No smoking is permitted on any of our mini buses. It is against the law in South Australia to smoke in Public Transport Vehicles.
Cancellation Policy

Non Refundable deposits will not be refunded for any cancellations to bookings. If a person has paid the full balance in full, they will loose their non refundable deposit paid and the remaining funds will be refunded in 1-3 business days via bank transfer.

Cancellations notified on the day or 48 hours before date of booking will lose all monies paid.
Vouchers / Gift Vouchers

Voucher codes must be used in accordance with the details on the voucher. Vouchers may well have special conditions on them; e.g. offer not available on public holidays or special event days. You must mention the voucher at the time of making the booking.

Vouchers can only be used on new bookings. They can not be exchanged for money. Any original voucher must be handed over to the driver on the day. If no voucher can be provided by the customer on the day, the full transport price will be charged.
Lost Items

If you have lost items on the bus, please contact our operators immediately. In order for us to find your item we need accurate information. E.g item lost, bus type, date & best contact details.
